Privacy Policy

FastTender is a US government-contracting intelligence platform. For the personal information we handle to run FastTender, we are the business responsible for it (the controller). You can reach our privacy team at privacy@fasttender.us.

Account and profile data you provide: your name, email, company details, and capability information used to build your company profile.

Usage and technical data: pages viewed, features used, and standard technical details such as IP address, device, and browser type, collected to operate and improve the service.

Payment data: when you subscribe, payment is handled by Paddle. We receive limited billing details (such as your plan, country, and the last four digits of a card) but we do not receive or store your full card number.

To provide and improve the service - including scoring opportunities against your company profile, sending alerts you've requested, powering AI features, and supporting your account.

To operate our business - including billing, security, fraud prevention, analytics, and complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our order process and payments are conducted by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), the merchant of record for FastTender. When you buy a subscription, Paddle collects and processes your payment information as an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy.

Paddle handles card processing, invoicing, sales tax, and buyer support. "Paddle" appears on your statement, and you can manage your purchase at paddle.net.

Clerk - our authentication provider, which manages sign-in and account credentials.

Our cloud hosting provider - which stores and serves the application and its data under contract.

Our AI provider - which processes prompts and content to power AI features under contract; we don't permit it to use your content to train its models.

Our email provider - which delivers transactional and (if you opt in) marketing email.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users. Each provider is bound by agreements that require them to protect your data.

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards - such as standard contractual clauses (SCCs) - to protect it.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and operate core features, analytics cookies to understand and improve usage, and payment cookies set by Paddle during checkout. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. US residents - including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable US state privacy laws - can exercise these rights by contacting privacy@fasttender.us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We don't sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may also raise concerns with the California Attorney General.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you and update the date above.
