All traffic is served over TLS, and data is encrypted at rest. Your company profile and pipeline are never exposed to the public internet.
Authentication & access
Sign-in is handled by a dedicated identity provider, with role-based access and workspace isolation so users only see what they should.
Public-source data
Opportunity data comes from official public sources like SAM.gov and state and local portals. We aggregate and enrich public information - we don't expose your data to other customers.
Privacy by design
We collect only what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and payment card details are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record - not stored by us.
Resilient hosting
The application runs on managed cloud infrastructure with backups and monitoring. Every internal API requires a verified session; only a small, read-only public surface is reachable without sign-in.
Responsible AI
AI features process your content to help you, under contract terms that prohibit training third-party models on it. AI output is decision support that you review - never an automatic action on your behalf.
