Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)
A pre-competed IDIQ that any federal agency can order from.
A Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is an IDIQ vehicle for IT and other services that agencies across government can use. Examples include GSA's Alliant and the NIH CIO-SP vehicles. Getting on a GWAC is competitive but opens a large addressable market of task orders.
