IDIQ Contract (IDIQ)
Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity - an umbrella contract for ordering over time.
An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract sets up terms under which the government can place individual task or delivery orders over a period of time, without committing to an exact quantity up front. Winning a spot on an IDIQ (or GWAC) gives you the right to compete for those orders.
