An individual order placed against an IDIQ, GWAC, or Schedule.
A task order (for services) or delivery order (for products) is a specific order placed under an umbrella contract like an IDIQ, GWAC, or GSA Schedule. The umbrella sets the terms; the task order defines the specific scope, period, and price for a piece of work.
